公親變事主？　男陪同談判遭撞死

桃園程姓男子因介入別人感情，與對方約定2日凌晨談判，林姓友人陪同助陣，結果竟遭對方藍姓友人開車衝撞，傷重不治，藍姓友人事後向警方投案。

據報導，程姓男子介入李姓男子與女友感情，1日晚上10點與對方相約中壢元生公園談判未果，發生第一次鬥毆。雙方離去後，又約2日凌晨同處談判，程姓男子找來林姓男子等友人陪同，各騎機車一同前往談判地點。

3人行經文化路時，遭對方人馬埋伏開車衝撞2次未果，對方助陣友人藍姓男子在程姓一行人即將離開之際，自林姓男子後方開車衝撞後逃逸，造成林姓男子傷重死亡。藍姓男子已於傍晚主動投案，警方將進行偵訊，以釐清案情。
