有錢的人往市區裡買,沒錢的往郊區買,如果政府打房,怎麼會活絡郊區的土地,看看三重以前一坪十幾萬了不起了,現在五十萬算便宜了,林口,三峽也發了,老實講,以前不知道青埔在哪裡??現在我知道了,政府已經在救經濟了,哈~~
打房對政府官員沒有好處,怎麼會打房,如果要打早就打了,只是嘴巴說說而已,
