受到強颱天兔影響，氣象局發布豪雨特報指出，21日下午至明22日下午臺東、花蓮地區及恆春半島、宜蘭山區、南部山區、南投山區有大豪雨或超大豪雨，宜蘭、南部地區及臺中以北山區有局部豪雨或大豪雨，北部地區有大雨或豪雨，中部地區及澎湖、金門有大雨發生的機率，請注意防範坍方、落石、土石流及山洪爆發，低窪地區請慎防淹水。
超大豪雨：臺東縣、花蓮縣、宜蘭縣、屏東縣、高雄市、南投縣。
大豪雨：新北市、桃園縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、臺中市、臺南市。
19日0時至21日16時出現較大累積雨量如下：宜蘭縣古魯472毫米、屏東縣來義371毫米、臺東縣向陽352毫米、新竹縣西丘斯山324毫米、花蓮縣龍澗322毫米、桃園巴陵303毫米、高雄小關山230毫米。
出現較大陣風區域如下：蘭嶼17級以上，恆春14級，東吉島、大武11級，梧棲、成功、新屋、澎湖及彭佳嶼10級。
臺灣各地區沿海風浪仍大，請民眾避免前往海邊活動，強陣風地區應防電力中斷。大臺北地區受颱風外圍環流及地形影響，將有10級以上強陣風出現的機率，請注意。適逢大潮期間，沿海低窪地區應防淹水及海水倒灌。
