涉侵占國有地 劉政池遭聲押 羈押庭召開中

苗栗縣長劉政鴻的弟弟劉政池，在陽明山的別墅遭檢舉涉嫌侵占國有地，士林地檢昨天前往這處別墅搜索，挖出由貨櫃組成的大密室，約談劉政池到案說明。

檢方漏夜偵訊後，士林地檢署襄閱主任檢察官蘇佩鈺說：「檢方認定，被告犯罪嫌疑重大、有勾串共犯證人、逃亡之虞，今天凌晨向法院聲請羈押。」士林地院今天上午十點召開羈押庭。
