蘆竹清潔隊爭取權益　遭媒體誤解今澄清

【石明啟／桃園報導】針對桃園蘆竹鄉公所與工會勞資爭議，桃園縣議員呂宏仁上月底在議會質詢，3家媒體報導「清潔隊工會爭取勞工權利，卻造成假日無人收垃圾」，造成清潔隊員工困擾，桃園縣產業工會、蘆竹鄉公所企業工會代表今天上午前往呂宏仁服務澄清與說明。
 
蘆竹鄉公所企業工會理事長莊志鴻指出，因公所年初取消輪休制度，造成短少國定假日工資等問題，與公所協調多次，工會爭取國定假日出勤，但也要合法爭取七休一。
 
呂宏仁表示，基於為民喉舌，他在議會質詢主張，縣府應該重視並出面協調，找出兩全其美辦法，避免鄉民權益長期受損，並非否定清潔隊員辛勞，雙方持續溝通說明中。
