低溫特報　今晚至明晨嘉義以北最低溫10℃

【張勵德／台北報導】中央氣象局上午發布低溫特報，今晚到明天清晨受到強烈大陸冷氣團影響，嘉義以北沿海空曠地區及金門、馬祖將出現攝氏10℃左右低溫，提醒農漁養殖業者嚴防寒害，民眾要注意做好保暖準備。
 
另外，氣象局也針對基隆北海岸、大台北山區及宜蘭地區發布大雨特報。到上午11時為止，新北市大粗坑累積雨量已達100.5毫米，福隆也有70.5毫米，均達到「大雨」(累積雨量達50毫米以上)等級。
