HTC內賊案 副總、處長聲押禁見

HTC簡姓副總及吳姓處長等人被控洩密及詐領設計費案，北檢昨天漏夜複訊，認定簡、吳有串證及逃亡之虞，今晨聲押禁見。

台北地方法院收案，經法官閱卷後，將召開羈押庭。

台北地方法院檢察署指出，此案為宏達電公司在今年8月間，對公司設計部門的簡姓副總、吳姓處長及黃姓設計師提出告訴，指控他們涉嫌虛報設計費近新台幣1000萬元及疑似洩漏公司的營業秘密至大陸。檢調為了保全證據，昨天下午待股市收盤後，進行搜索及約談。

檢方表示，簡男及吳男涉違反證交法及營業秘密法，有串證及逃亡之虞，今天清晨聲押禁見，其他涉案人，則以10萬元至30萬元不等金額交保。
