金管會主委曾銘宗與金控董事長座談後，釋出多項政策利多，激勵3日金融股大漲逾1%，由於曾銘宗下午將接力與保險業座談，加上10月兩岸金保會可望登場，壽險股表現更是帶勁，其中台灣人壽在傳出買家進入實地查核下，盤中更亮燈漲停，三商美邦人壽漲幅也超過4%。
曾銘宗本周起將與金融業展開8場座談，2日首先登場的即與16家金控負責人面對面溝通，果然也不負外界期望，曾銘宗在會後也釋出多項政策利多，包括研議鬆綁本國銀行赴大陸投資限制、開放本國銀行承做國人網購大陸商品的代收代付、向大陸爭取擴大同省設立支行範圍及國際金融業務分行(OBU)改負面表列及鬆綁OBU投資等。
也由於金管會釋出政策利多，激勵金融指數3日漲逾1%，居類股之冠，金融指數一度衝上962.12點，成交量更占大盤成交比重逾8%，個股表現同樣漲幅普遍超過1%。
值得注意的是，由於曾銘宗下午2時30分將與保險業座談，加上10月兩岸金保會可望登場，更激勵台壽保、三商壽、中壽股價走揚，其中傳出買家進入實地查核階段的台壽保，盤中股價更亮燈漲停，每股來到21.7元，三商壽漲幅也超過4%，中壽也有2%漲幅。
