桃園蘆竹一家通訊行負責人謝東麟，涉嫌向外勞騙取證件等個資，再冒名盜辦手機門號供詐騙集團使用。刑事局電信警察隊循線將謝嫌及共犯等8人逮捕到案，發現盜辦的164組門號涉及的詐騙金額至少逾1300多萬元。
