中選會未收到註銷卻收到遞補公文

中選會副主委劉義周14日表示，中選會至中午12時40分止，尚未收到立法院回函的「註銷不分區立委」公文，卻收到1張國民黨送來的「放棄遞補」公文。

劉義周表示，國民黨13日來了1張公文，告知前經建會主委尹啟銘放棄遞補不分區立委第1順位。中選會將暫時「存參」，等立法院回函「註銷不分區立委」公文，再依國民黨不分區遞補順位，公告遞補名單。據了解，排名在尹啟銘之後的不分區立委名單是政大副教授詹滿容。
