台南市長賴清德今晚到北區開元國小召開鐵路地下化座談會，向拆遷戶說明安置方案。反台南鐵路東移自救會學生代表李品涵、周舜裕跪在賴清德面前，不願站起，造成會議無法進行。另一名學生張皓鈞嗆賴清德是公僕，應該也要跪著。賴清德動怒回答，「怎麼能叫官員跪下，學校是這樣教你的嗎？」目前還在僵持中。
