法官勸和解　王金平：謝謝美意

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】高等法院昨審理立法院長王金平確保黨籍假處分抗告案，審判長魏麗娟建議和解，王金平今受訪表示，「謝謝庭上美意。」

對於魏麗娟呼籲「退步就是向前」，王金平說，本來人生就是這樣。媒體指出馬總統說不可能，王金平表示，一切依照程序走，國民黨也是這樣。媒體詢問和解意願？王說，「有人已經表達這樣立場。」媒體再追問和解可能性？王反問，「國民黨不是說沒有考量和規劃了嗎？」

至於下午是否能讓行政院長江宜樺順利上台報告，王金平表示，不知道。
