特偵組監聽立法院總機風暴持續延燒，檢察總長黃世銘今晚親上火線滅火，黃世銘表示，特偵組上午召開記者會時，誤認立法院總機是私人電話，造成外界有所誤解，僅代表特偵組同仁向國人鞠躬致歉。

黃世銘說，該支0972號碼因為是節費電話，執行通訊監察機關無法監聽，導致監聽光碟完全空白，決定停止監錄。媒體詢問黃世銘是否會請辭，黃沒有回答。
