DIR-615 可連上WIFI 但無法顯示網頁的問題

得先說一下我對於電腦的知識並不是很充足，有許多專有名詞（？）也不甚了解，非常抱歉（土下座）希望能以最簡單的方式向我解說，謝謝！

目前的狀況大概是，我都照說明書上的做了，步驟都很順暢，手機連得上ＷＩＦＩ，但都無法連上網路（無法顯示網頁）和需要網路的遊戲。

另外就是，如果我照說明書上的插頭接法（http://163.22.92.129/school/data/files/201001261414400.pdf第十頁右下角的），電腦會無法連上線，但如果把本插在internet的線插到LAN孔，電腦就可以連線，但兩種方式手機都沒辦法正常連上網路。
