望安鄉長違法賣地 公懲會撤職

澎湖縣望安鄉長葉忠入和秘書賴世銀，涉嫌違法標售望安鄉因捐地節稅持有的台灣本島土地，經澎湖縣政府和內政部舉發違法，監察院通過彈劾，司法院公懲會認為兩人違失情節重大，今天決議將葉忠入、賴世銀撤職，並停止任用2年。
