「斐林」逼近 印度東岸紅色警戒

隨著氣旋風暴斐林(Phailin)的逼近，印度氣象部門今天(12日)向印度東岸發布紅色警戒，迫使成千上萬民眾撤離家園。

印度氣象單位說，強烈氣旋風暴斐林正以每小時240公里的最大持續風速撲向印度東岸。

印度東岸今天風強雨驟，有關當局忙著疏散居民。

根據印度媒體報導，1999年10月29日到31日，一個超級氣旋風暴重創奧里薩省(Orissa)的14個縣，帶來時速高達300公里的強風，奪走約1萬條人命。
