全台食用油大清查，食藥署22日公布最新稽查進度，全台136家油品工廠，完成稽查76家，抽驗62件油品，其中最受消費者關注的大統、富味鄉，也抽樣2件原料的毛棉油、棉籽油送驗，釐清棉酚含量。

全台食用油大清查，食藥署今（22）天傍晚公布最新稽查進度，全台136家油品工廠，完成稽查76家，抽驗62件油品，檢驗結果預計一周內出爐。最受消費者關注的大統、富味鄉，也已抽樣2件原料的毛棉油、棉籽油送驗，釐清棉酚含量。對外界指責隱匿，食藥署激動駁斥「太沈重了」，稽查人員絕對盡心盡力在工作。
衛生福利部食品藥物管理署副署長吳秀英表示，自10月17日起，動員全國衛生局全面稽查136家國內食用油品製造及分裝工廠，截至今天為止，衛生局回報已完成76家，並抽驗62件油品。
其中，食藥署已收到其中56件樣品，包括眾所注目的大統長基、富味鄉，自國外進口做為食用油原料的初萃毛棉油、精煉棉籽油，也抽樣2件送驗，特別鎖定要驗棉酚含量。
食藥署食品組組長蔡淑貞強調，其中富味鄉進口5828.62公噸棉籽油，精煉後為3881.168公噸，製成率85%，有1797.77公噸直接外銷至新加坡，其餘則混入調合油製成香油、花生油、辣椒油或玉米油，分別外銷至香港、加拿大、澳洲及菲律賓，共計1991.04公噸，現公司庫存量為98.355公噸。
大統長基公司部分，也抽驗油品35件，並將所有134品項產品下架回收，違規廠內封存66品項，計2萬5558瓶、40046.69公升，並下架回收市售產品計499萬8446箱、3388萬6385瓶。
蔡淑貞表示，這兩家公司皆從國外進口初次萃取的毛棉油，再精煉成為供人食用的棉籽油，而棉籽油在世界各國都是准許食用的油品，在美國，用量甚至佔所有食用油的6%，使用範圍廣泛，絕對可供食用。 (接下一頁)
