蘋果上看1250美元？億萬股東力薦庫藏股加碼1500億

億萬大股東伊坎(Carl Icahn)要蘋果吐錢回饋投資人早已不是新聞，不僅透過電話關切，還找執行長庫克吃飯，要錢的動作一次比一次積極。他24日發表再度發表公開信，要求蘋果加碼庫藏股規模1,500億美，且必需即刻提出收購計畫(Tender offer，中譯要約收購)。

一般要約收購為達成目標，企業通常會以高於市價的價格向投資人買回持股。不過，據嘉實XQ全球贏家報價，截至台北時間25日1時00分止，蘋果股價盤中漲1.06%，暫報530.38美元，已高於伊坎要求的每股525美元。

伊坎信中指出，蘋果預估明年息稅前盈餘(EBIT)為510億美元，本益比僅9倍多，遠低於500大企業14倍的平均水平，因此蘋果應該把握機會，現在馬上進場拉抬股價，即使蘋果目前手握現金約為1,470億美元，但伊坎建議透過舉債或其它財務槓桿操作把收購規模湊到1,500億美元。

據伊坎預估，如果蘋果照他的建議，按部就班買回庫藏股，以EBIT年增率7.5%、本益比11倍設算，蘋果股價有機會飆漲至1,250美元。
