國小老師不滿被處分　情緒衝動鬧跳樓

【施昂強／新北市報導】汐止某國小今天下午3時許，1名組長不滿校方對他懲處，趁著學生上課時獨自跑到學校頂樓，揚言跳樓自殺。民眾聽聞男子在頂樓高喊校方不公平對待，趕緊報警處理。所幸經警消及男子妻子勸說後，由妻子陪同送醫，結束一場虛驚。

陳姓校長表示，楊姓組長1年前與同事發生糾紛，便提出告訴，但官司至今尚未結束，組長和多位師長相處不睦，影響其他師長教學情緒。今天下午在校內開會協調，不料組長誤認校方將對他做出懲處，才會情緒衝動，所幸沒發生意外，將等組長情緒穩定後再進行溝通。
