標題[請益] 推薦的推拿或國術館

我大概是9月中旬打籃球腳踝扭到 當時腳還可以走路 不算大扭 有冰敷也有熱敷 現在腳還是可以正常走路 但早上起床踏上地板腳踝還是會隱隱作痛 也有卡卡 酸酸的感覺 一天當中偶爾會有幾次這樣 不知道是不是腳踝裡的小關節跑掉 沒喬回來 想請教中永和附近有沒有推薦的國術館 甚至是台北市都沒關係 麻煩板上的各位大大了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.200.45
