【於慶中／綜合外電報導】英國當地時間周一(4日)晚上8時許，一名持槍蒙面男子闖入史塔福郡一間超商，當時35歲的貝西(Ranvir Bassi)與女兒一同在庫房。匪徒用槍指著她們，並抽出一個袋子，要她們把錢塞入袋裡，但貝西並未服從，反而與搶匪糾纏搶槍，更一度抓住槍管，匪徒當場膽怯，轉身逃走，母女平安脫險。

貝西表示，不知道為何當時會這樣做，應該是出於母親的本能，她才會與搶匪糾纏並企圖搶槍。
