從Xperiablog報導，Sony在官方blog正式宣布，會升級Android4.3和4.4的Xperia會有那些型號。
當中會升到Android4.3 Xperia型號包括：
Z, Xperia ZL, Xperia ZR, Xperia Tablet Z, Xperia SP, Xperia Z Ultra and Xperia Z1

而未落實會升Android4.3的有以下：
Xperia T, Xperia TX and Xperia V

最後很大機會再進一級升至Android4.4系統版本的是下列：
Xperia Z, Xperia ZL, Xperia Tablet Z, Xperia Z Ultra and Xperia Z1
