標題[問題] 關於月底離職的問題

我在這家公司待8個月了 但是我預計11月做完就離職 目前還沒有找之後的工作 計畫先休息一陣子 照規定應該只要離職10天前告知主管就可以 我打算下星期一提 我們公司人事非常精簡 但是大家工作量都超大 一個人當好幾個人用 而且每個人的工作都各自有專業 如果沒有找到人我就閃人 其他人就要花時間學做我的工作內容 會造成大家的麻煩 而主管是說一定要找到人並且確定新人上手後才準離職 不然要扣薪水 之前我提過一次離職 結果就因為找不到人 離職單就被退件了O.Q (但我現在真的是受不了了> ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.125.82.157
