重陽重劃區　周邊房價1年漲10%

【郭寶懃／台北報導】開發面積達約15萬坪的三重重陽重劃區，鄰近淡水河西端，加上學區完善，該區近1年房價上漲10%，目前周邊實價登錄行情最高達58萬元。

根據台灣房屋調查指出，目前實價登錄該區熱門路段，像是集賢路屋齡3年以內的大樓每坪約30~56萬元，環河北路三段每坪約41~58萬元。

太平洋三重五華店店長曾耀生指出，去年中古屋大樓的每坪35~37萬元，今年就有成交到42~45萬元，每坪漲近10萬元，該區自住客95%，換屋族居多，主力總價落在1600~2500萬元。
