剛好有版友討論到該不該換工作的問題 我也有類似的問題 如果原公司氣氛環境都習慣，同事相處也都不錯 但唯一不滿意的是薪水 現在有一個新工作就年薪來比，比現在的工作多7到8萬 交通時間只需機車15分，現在工作需75分鐘(包含坐車走路) 但新工作的風險是工作環境不確定會不會比現在的公司好 以年薪和交通時間來換這個風險值不值得呢? 或是要再更優才值得換…大家覺得呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.137.97
