基小鴨旁廁所臭氣薰天　員工大嘆難打掃

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨施放預定地旁約3百公尺的東岸停車場，由於也是公車循環站，近日有民眾紛紛抱怨1樓的廁所，「實在有夠髒亂，黃色小鴨就快來基隆這樣的環境實在很丟基隆人的臉。」

負責打掃的劉姓清潔員表示，每天分早中晚3班打掃，不過這裡使用量大，尤其在假日來上廁所的民眾更多，到了晚間還有許多遊民與醉漢，感覺怎麼掃都掃不完，「實在很辛苦」。

基隆人育樂公司則已經貼出公告，於本月22日起到下月20日止，將進行停車場設施整修，並會再加強人手管理這些設施。
