桃園首案　「耘夢莊園Ⅱ」賣農地

【王筱君／台北報導】近年吹起樂活風，中壢「耘夢莊園Ⅱ」推163-468坪花海田園，成桃園第1個大型農地買賣案。專案經理楊意郎表示，市區農地可隨意分割大小，部分買家傾向買地蓋農舍，9月推案至今已售出3成。

「耘夢莊園Ⅱ」位中壢市環中東路二段，該建案共有80筆土地可售，總面積約17000坪，總案量約12億元。因蓋農舍最小持有面積為756.25坪，若欲蓋農舍總預算需8000萬元，楊意郎透露，目前已有4~5組民眾打算買地蓋農舍。
