山坡地開挖建停車場　警逮2人送辦

【黃子騰／新北報導】新北市五股區成泰路旁，5日晚間有民眾發現竟有輛挖土機正在開挖整地，整片鄰近山壁的山坡遭濫墾成一片平地。蘆洲分局警方獲報，由偵查隊小隊長何輝家帶隊前往查緝，當場查獲正在進行整地工程的39歲挖土機林姓駕駛，立即將他帶回偵辦。
 
林男向警方表示，1名李姓男子以每天1萬元代價雇用他來整地。警方通知40歲李姓男子到案，李姓男子坦承因隔壁有廟宇，想要整理當停車場，才會雇用挖土機來挖地，警方偵訊過後，依違反山坡地保育法、水土保持法等罪嫌將2人函送法辦。
