北市免費供應國小學童每周一次鮮乳

北市率全國之先，將推動「國小學童乳品供應計畫」，從明年1月起，免費提供北市12萬5千名公、私立國小學童每周1次鮮乳，每次約300c.c.提升國小學童鈣質攝取，預計每年的預算約1億256萬元。

郝龍斌指出，衛福部國民健康署建議國小學童每日應攝取1.5杯約360c.c.的乳品，但根據最近一次國民營養的調查結果，兒童鈣質攝取不足，尤其是10至12歲學童，鈣質攝取未達建議量的比例，男童高達98%，女童高達99.98%，這是很嚴重的問題，北市府非常重視，國小乳品供應計畫要讓孩子贏在起跑點。

郝龍斌說，如果學童因有乳醣不耐症、過敏等特殊原因，無法飲用牛乳，將改以豆漿優酪乳等其他飲品替代。
