各位板大大家好，小魯在下面臨抉擇 想聽聽各位板大的建議 魯蛇小弟我今年31歲，有幸獲得兩份工作的offer 產業：遊戲 公司Ａ：中和上櫃遊戲公司　　　　公司Ｂ：大陸廣州遊戲業 薪資Ａ：45,000*14 (台幣) 　薪資Ｂ：月薪10,500(人民幣) 保障年薪200,000 　　　（試用期過後有機會調整） 職位：Ａ掛【主任】缺，但無管理職 、Ｂ掛【行銷主管】缺，初期無管理職。 Ａ公司優點：每個月有兩周要出差香港。是我一直以來的出差工作夢想XD Ａ公司缺點： 上面位置都卡死了，很難有升遷機會吧。 台北上班距離遠，騎車上班時間大概要一個鐘頭。（民權西路站到中和中正路） Ｂ公司優點：新公司，給的獎金都很多，有機會奮鬥往上爬。 Ｂ公司缺點：沒包住、機票一年只補助一趟，要跟家人還有女朋友分隔兩地。 目前就這兩份offer，有點難抉擇，年紀到了，當然希望以後能更往高處爬，升個主管職 在台灣也很難有百萬的年薪(雖然扣住宿扣機票可能剩下70左右)。 也深知未來遊戲的趨勢在大陸市場。 但也割捨不下在台灣的家人跟女朋友，所以真的有點難已決定。 如果是大家會怎麼選擇呢？？？ -- 你無自由，你失自由。 　　　　　痛苦傷心眼淚流， 　　　　　　　　　　　　你走錯路，你踏錯途，總之心傷痛！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.111.203
