美崙溪遭偷排廢油　環保局追查兇手

【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮美崙溪出海口，今天下午民眾發現溪水竟遭染黑，花蓮縣環保局獲報後立即派員前往處理。環境稽查科長劉嘉德表示，溪水油泥汙染面積長
70公尺、寬50公尺，已拉了2道攔油索並利用吸油棉除油汙，消防局也派員在現場待命。
 
劉嘉德說，初判油汙屬動力燃料油，目前還在調查汙染來源，從地形及排水管追查不排除是位於高地的飯店或社區所排出的廢油，一旦查獲將依水汙法最重開罰60萬元。
