【動新聞】假慶生設局灌酒　主廚性侵人妻

【胡治言／綜合報導】一名女子Amy到台中知名餐廳上班，日前被同事約去慶生遭灌酒，隨後竟被餐廳主廚林男（36歲）帶到摩鐵性侵。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，Amy隔天清晨醒來時，她全身赤裸意識模糊，只看到床邊有2個用過的保險套，林男坦承酒後發生關係，請求原諒，「希望大家當這事沒發生！」她氣得將林男趕走，並通知丈夫開車到摩鐵接她，隨後到醫院驗傷報案。被害人丈夫表示，妻子應是遭設局性侵，出面痛斥：「主廚逞一時獸慾，竟連妻子月事來也不放過，根本就是畜生！」全案依妨害性自主罪嫌偵辦中。
