事情緣由是這樣 我於12/16在某購物網站購買canon 70d單眼相機 因為我平常在台北上班怕無人簽收，所以收件地寫台中的老家(請家人簽收) 商品於12/18寄到台中老家，且包裹標籤上寫的商品名稱和規格都正確沒有問題 但因為是我的東西，家人也不會隨便開箱 但我昨天12/27晚上回到台中老家打開包裹才發現 裝箱的人竟然擺烏龍把canon 70d 寄成canon 700d (包裹上的商品資訊對的，但裡面的東西寄錯) 但昨晚發現已經過了七天鑑賞期了 雖然我也有疏忽 但購物網站是有錯在先，且錢也給他們了(價差一萬多元) 請問還可以請求換貨嗎？？ 謝謝回答幫忙 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.157.70
