惡少打高球場小開 父毀資料起訴

〔自由時報記者侯柏青／台北報導〕揚昇高爾夫球場小開許浚緯，前年在夜店被惡少侯宣丞等人打到差點喪命，台北地檢署懷疑全案可能是為小模伊娃爭風吃醋而釀禍；侯嫌案發前曾在臉書上跟東馬建設董事闕毅航互傳訊息，其父侯牆知悉後緊急銷毀兒子的硬碟，檢方昨將侯父依湮滅證據罪起訴，並將追查闕某是否涉案。

侯宣丞涉及毆傷遭收押後，週刊記者前年11月前往台北市南港區侯家採訪，發現侯宣丞的桌上型電腦開著，發現螢幕上有侯宣丞和闕毅航的臉書訊息，認為與許浚緯傷害案有關，決定節錄訊息內容加以報導。

侯牆擔心報導曝光，警方會找上門來，隔日凌晨緊急把兩顆電腦硬碟拿出來，分別用火燒及鐵錘敲打，警方晚上前往侯家搜索時，雖扣到硬碟，但內容已無法鑑識，檢認定已觸犯湮滅證據罪，昨追加起訴。
