小弟是電資學院的碩士,從事IC設計業約五年出頭,digital的 日前想換工作,面試了幾間,跟大家分享一下 預計應該可以拿到的OFFER如下: 公司 新唐 承景 松翰 地點 新竹 新竹 新竹 職務 IC設計 IC設計 IC設計 住所 租 租 租 工時 *** **** **** 薪水 月薪66k 核薪中 未知 其他 績效+分紅 hr說16個月+分紅 未知 1.新唐的分紅多嗎? 2.承景說的保16 month是真的嗎? 因為看起來部門並不賺錢阿@@ 3.松翰年薪大概幾個月? 有聽到以前同事談有到20個月的而且月薪有75k@@ --
