立法院第8屆第4會期將在明（14）日休會，朝野立委將在最後1天的院會中，處理民國103年度中央政府總預算案、通訊保障及監察法部分條文修正草案，以及治水預算的流域綜合治理特別條例草案等，對於民進黨團揚言杯葛，國民黨副主席兼秘書長曾永權今天指示國民黨團，務必全力讓總預算案通過三讀。

國民黨今天召開工作會議，據與會者轉述，工作會議中針對立法院正在處理中央政府總預算案進行討論，對於民進黨立院黨團揚言杯葛，曾永權在工作會議中指示，即使得挑燈夜戰，黨團也要全力讓總預算案通過，身為執政黨，絕不能讓總預算案無法通過，還得加開臨時會處理。
