省道台七甲線中橫支線43.2公里處宜蘭大同鄉路段，因為路面結霜，導致兩輛大型遊覽車受困，駕駛表示，目前動彈不得，無法前進與後退，加上天氣相當寒冷，車上多為老人和小孩，傍晚6點47分向消防局求助，警消將出動救援。
