麥可死不安寧　遭控欠210億遺產稅

已故流行樂天王麥可傑克遜（Michael Jackson）過世5年，美國國稅局指控他的遺產管理委員會謊報他的遺產，積欠政府高達7億零2百萬美元（約210.6億元台幣）的遺產稅和罰款，國稅局要追討。
 
美國《洛杉磯時報》報導，麥可2009年6月猝逝後，他的遺產管理委員會申報遺產約7百萬元（約2.1億元台幣），但國稅局認定他的遺產價值應該高達337.5億元台幣，必須繳151.5億元台幣遺產稅，另外再加上少報的罰款共210.6億元台幣。
 
報導還指出，麥可的遺產管理委員會申報他的商品肖像權價值約6萬3千元台幣，但國稅局認為逾130億元台幣；另外，他的歌曲版權和曾購買的「披頭四」歌曲版權價值估計有140.7億元台幣，申報金額卻是零，還有他的信託基金申報數字也比國稅局掌握的金額要少。（李世珍／綜合報導）
