租屋需求　台日大不同

小資族租屋，有附家具的出租物件方便1卡皮箱入住，人氣指數較高！根據日本《每日新聞》針對500位租屋者進行「租房子時最希望房間能夠具備的設備是什麼？｣調查，結果顯示冷氣的人氣最高，有將近3成的人希望房東能附冷氣，第2名則是網路。

富群海外地產顧問總監賴煥昇表示，日本冷氣的購買價格較高，若房客自行購買，退租後即使拆下帶走，也相當不便，還得另外花運費，若房東有附冷氣，較能提高出租率。
 
有別於日本，崔媽媽基金會法務組組長曹筱勻表示，實務上，附網路最受台灣房客青睞，而冷氣在獨立套房普遍都會包含，但整戶住家的物件則不一定。（鄭婷方／台北報導）
