洪仲丘案進入一般司法程序，民進黨立委陳亭妃、陳其邁與律師黃帝穎昨天痛訴，體檢表上明明有5個醫官簽名，最後簽名的是醫官王邵中，軍檢卻只調查醫官呂孟穎，呼籲桃檢調查軍檢是否涉及濫權不起訴，否則不排除主動告發。

陳其邁、陳亭妃昨開記者會痛批，洪案中提供重要證詞的郭毓龍，在軍檢調查時曾證稱「長官交代要關洪仲丘」，不過只要一提到「長官」2字，就被軍檢打斷，軍檢也沒有深入追查「長官」到底是何許人，不僅如此，郭毓龍想轉列為汙點證人，也在過程中明確表達此一訴求，仍遭軍檢起訴。
