管中閔澄清：不知司機自殺而失言

經建會主委管中閔昨天在媒體訪問其對司機自殺死諫一事，脫口而出「連我都要自殺了」，引發批評。管中閔中午以書面聲明澄清，強調自己因為事先對司機自殺一事完全不知情，因此被問時是直覺反應，他個人知道事情後，也深感哀悼惋惜。

管中閔聲明如下：「昨 (27)下午本人出席立法院總質詢，於簽到後旁邊突有記者發問，問本人對一位計程車司機自殺之事的看法。彼時本人對此事完全不知情，所以當下直覺反應是：「這是什麼問題？」與不幸過世的司機先生毫無關係。」

「楊先生不幸過世，大家都應有哀衿之心，我本人在知道此事後，深感哀悼惋惜。懇請媒體不要任意斷章取義，如此渲染既對逝者不敬，亦對家屬造成傷害，更對社會毫無助益。」
