C++語法如上

輸入如下：
I'll see you at 10:30 AM

想請問為何結果會是 I'll see you at 1<END OF OUTPUT??

終止條件while裡應該是 (不是數字 and 不是Enter)

1是數字怎麼會中止呢??

請問我的錯誤點在哪，有點想不通，謝謝
