最近打開了履歷 面試了幾家公司 目前正面臨人生的抉擇中 目前正在考慮是否要去 其中包含 住電國際電子材料股份有限公司 磊晶製成工程師: 磊晶製程工作*Epi製程維持及改善*產品良率提昇*製造流程簡化 負責新產品製程的導入，並進行製程的檢測，以使新產品能夠穩定生產且符合相關標準。 定期檢測製程設備的重點參數。 持續改善現有生產製程，提升良率。 設備異常探究，排除障礙。 設備性能提升生產率。 但是對於這份工作 還是有很多問題想了解 這種工作會常接觸有毒物質嗎 會對身體影響嗎? (個人身體不是很好 很容易過敏 此外還有上班到一半昏倒急救的紀錄) 還有要常常24HR ON CALL嗎? 工作時間會很長 要常常加班嗎? 磊晶設備工程師好像很操的樣子 磊晶製程工程師也是這個樣子嗎? 工作前景怎麼樣 因為LED產業好像還是在燒錢的狀態的樣子 爬過文 感覺會壓力很大的樣子 原因是? 對於這個產業實在是很外行 希望能有好心人能夠提點一下 十分感謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.116.137
