Audacity是一套開放原始碼的全方位音樂編輯軟體，不僅提供剪輯的功能，更有合成，調整聲波等等功能，而且還提供錄音的功能。

而這套軟體不同其它音樂編輯軟體，他具有多國語言，讓您再也不必為了英文傷腦筋，另外他支援跨平台，您可以在各平台中使用此軟體。

而海芋之前亦針對 1.26 版寫過此軟體的教學，雖然尚未全部更新到1.3系列的界面，但用法差不多，如果有興趣可以點擊這裡觀看。另外，在1.3版內加入了Unicode的支援了喔！
