張德正案 下午三點再開羈押庭

開砂石車衝撞總統府的41歲男子張德正，昨(30日)因二度獲釋，檢方不服再提出抗告，今日(31日)抗告成功，將於下午三點再度要召開羈押庭。

張德正昨日(30日)羈押庭訊將近4小時，最後責付給律師並保證他不會逃亡，二度獲釋，趕回家吃年夜飯，但高興不到一天，今日(31日)又得面對羈押庭的煎熬，目前尚不知押不押得了，會不會重演戲碼？大家拭目以待。

29日前往台北地檢署偵訊，晚間遭北院裁定無保釋放。但檢方不服提出抗告，30日凌晨4時撤銷裁決，下午重開羈押庭，庭訊將近4小時，最後張德正責付給律師，並保證他不會逃亡，二度獲釋，但檢方同時再度提出抗告。

張德正25日清晨駕駛貨車撞進總統府車廳，總統府為此立即成立強化維安工作專案小組，提升維安層級，警方也擴大監控管制區。同時為了維安考量，也安裝了新製鋼門， 但不願進一步透露功能。
