新春話健康／挑戰玉山 我為此努力

春節連假，我將挑戰一個偉大的目標，那就是登上台灣最高峰，玉山。

為了這「欲窮千里目，更上一層樓。」的遠大志向，我腳踏實地去學校練習快走和跑步。八拜之交的好友看我努力不懈，已先帶我去爬台東向陽山，標高2800公尺，讓我身歷其境，小試身手。

我這位「都市飼料雞」，過程中因體力不足，上氣不接下氣，汗流浹背、氣喘如牛。費了九牛二虎之力，終於抵達「向陽山屋。」

山上雲霧瀰漫、空氣清鮮，讓人心曠神怡。俯瞰山下，淡黃色的松蘿樹櫛比鱗次，美不勝收。爬得愈高看得愈清楚，讓我更堅信要挑戰「玉山」的雄心壯志。

經過登山測試體能，我發現想要挑戰近4千公尺的玉山，還要更多鍛鍊，才能讓自己體力、毅力和耐力都更上一層樓。

經過這陣努力，祈望今年大年初二可如願站在玉山主峰，高聲大喊：「玉山我來了！我把你擁抱住了！」人生至此，夫復何求。
