課綱微調 立委告教育部長

（中央社記者黃意涵台北20日電）課綱微調爭議，民進黨籍立委鄭麗君、何欣純等人今天到台北地檢署，告發教育部長蔣偉寧涉嫌偽造文書的公務員登載不實罪。

對於相關質疑，教育部日前發布新聞稿澄清，1月25日當日教育部課審會高中分組會議主席明確表示，當日會議出席及決議情形與1月27日課審大會議程所載高中分組會議決議情形完全相符。

鄭麗君說，身為立法院教育委員會的立委，按鈴告發教育部長，覺得非常難過、遺憾；蔣偉寧強行通過洗腦的課綱，讓政治介入教育，且涉及違法，她將在國會好好監督。

律師黃帝穎表示，根據蔣偉寧於1月27日課審會議程，白紙黑字指出1月25日高中分組會議「同意」公民課綱微調，但不論從媒體或與會者轉述，都直指當天的決議是「不同意」公民課綱微調，明顯涉犯刑法公務員登載不實罪，而當天主導會議的蔣偉寧涉嫌重大，因此依法告發。1030220
