是這樣子的，我都沒有去擠痘痘或粉刺，因為知道會留疤 加上本身就毛孔粗大 其實我已經放著鼻子的黑頭很長一段時間了... 最近卻發現鼻子上多了好多粉刺疤!!! 我明明都沒有擠，請問為什麼會這樣呢@@?? 之前看了西醫，只針對痘痘，而且藥抹完就沒效了 最近打算去看中醫，從內調，但是得排幾個月 這段期間我該怎麼辦，完全不管它嗎?! 我怕擠在毛孔裡，會越粗大，但又怕用了有疤... 而且用完還會繼續長(所以我才打算去看中醫) 請給我一些建議，感恩!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 113.196.144.217
