張藥房老闆身亡 蔡英文致哀

民進黨前主席蔡英文今天到大埔張藥房老闆張森文靈前上香，她表示，發生這種事令人痛心，政府應負最大責任。

張森文昨天身亡，陳屍住家附近大排水溝，張家在一樓設立簡易靈堂。蔡英文下午由民主進步黨籍立法委員林淑芬、鄭麗君陪同前往苗栗縣竹南鎮大埔張家，在張森文靈堂前捻香致哀。

蔡英文指出，大埔爭議發生以來，數次與大埔鄉親接觸，深刻感受到居民對於自家財產被強勢處理相當痛心，「害怕的情緒普遍存在」，可以想見張森文也是因為這種長期精神壓力、恐懼，累積出來的結果。

她說，如果一個政府讓人民對生活感到害怕，顯示這個政府是缺乏責任的，「發生這種讓人痛心的事，政府應負最大責任」。

蔡英文也呼籲，「面對不符合公平正義，別做沉默的公民」。
