王建煊支持李鴻源私校退場誘因

監察院長王建煊25日對內政部長李鴻源所提私立學校退場機制，校產土的地處理誘因，大表支持。他認為，如果不提供政策誘因，他認為，「私校打死也不願意退」，目前教育問題也永遠難以解決。

王建煊在與媒體茶敘時，不僅表達支持提供私校退場的誘因，還進一步表示，私校所留校地，不僅可用來做社會福利設施、圖書館、青年廉價出租宿舍，若還有空地，可改建合宜住宅，一次解決社會福利與私校退場問題。

王建煊說，如果有需要，未來校地標售，所得款項可保留成立學校發展基金，專款用在教育發展。他說，政府不要怕圖利人民，也不要怕人民賺錢，只要對台灣經濟發展有幫助，對社會有貢獻。
